“And I’m free, I’m free fallin,'” sang Tom Petty in 1989. Although Tom never truly has “free fallin,” Glen Mitchel has. Glen is a senior at Mira Costa High School, and he currently skydives at Skydive Perris. He has wanted to skydive since he was around thirteen years old, but he just recently took up this sport, because it is a California law that you must be eighteen or older to skydive. In the future, Glen wants to try wing suit flying, which is a more dangerous sport.
