With a question asked and a raise of the flag, each year Mira Costa students test their knowledge. Questions written by faculty come from a wide variety of topics: history, math, geography, science, literature, and pop culture. In this year’s Scholar Quiz the defending champion’s, led by sophomore Peter Lu, came back again to steal the title against an all senior team. The final score was 300-210 points.
