Although nearly half of all high school students play sports, only a fraction of athletes will continue their sport in college. The Mira Costa Athletic Director, Mr. Marx, along with Vice Principal Shaw, have created a student athlete recruitment to help students with the college recruitment process. Because of Marx’s background at multiple Ivy League schools, he is able to help athletes form connections with coaches at colleges across the nation.
