Without Mr. Shaw, Ms. Wolberg, and Ms. Gerber returning to Mira Costa this school year, MBUSD and Dr. Dale began their search for three new Vice Principals. After evaluating all of their options, MBUSD announced the new additions being made to the Administration staff for the 2017-2018 school year: Ms. Bledsoe, Ms. Hall, and Ms. Grings. Ms. Bledsoe was a science teacher here at Costa for 8 years prior to taking the job as the new Vice Principal. She is responsible for working with the counseling staff to create the master schedule as well as all twelfth-grade activities and transcripts. Ms. Hall came to Costa from Bakersfield, California. She previously worked as the head soccer coach and . Now, she works as the head of the athletic department as well as all facilities and programs at Costa including Drama, Journalism, and Broadcast Journalism. Ms. Grings if a former choir teacher from the Lawndale School District. She is currently the Vice Principal over technology and works to make sure everything from school wifi to Aeries is working properly.
