As we reported last April, the Mira Costa dress code is facing controversy over whether or not the rules specifically target females. In a survey, fifty-one percent of respondants reported that they don’t like their dress code because it makes them feel uncomfortably hot or cold. Principal Ben Dale is working on revising the disciplinary matrix and dress code to make every student feel more comfortable in school.
