The most common New Year’s resolution is weight loss, and people may go to extreme lengths to lose as much weight as fast as they can. With the rise of social media influencers potraying false body images, many turn to juice cleanses as an easy fix. It’s a common misperception that juice cleanses are the fastest and most efficient way to lose weight, but eating real fruits and nonprocessed foods may be more effective.
