Manhattan Beach residents gathered at Polliwog Park on April 27th for the city’s 21st annual Earth Day Celebration. The city’s Parks and Recreation Department worked with V.O.I.C.E. (Volunteers and Organizations Improving the Community’s Environment) to make this day possible. With over 73 vendors, businesses and organizations, the event featured a large variety of activities, including music, food, games, and arts and crafts activities. While some organizations sold eco-friendly products, others shared information on how to lead a “greener” lifestyle.
