Due to a recent law settlement, the controversial topic of drilling for oil has revisited Hermosa Beach again. E&B Oil Company has promised Hermosa Beach a hefty profit of 17 million dollars for the price of offshore drilling, but after a past experience with McPherson Oil Company, Hermosa is not sure whether the risk is worth it.
