On September 23, 2013 California governor Jerry Brown signed into law a bill that gives minors the ability to permanently delete content posted on the Internet. Senate Bill 568, written by a president Pro Tempore Darrell Steinberg hopes to help kids avoid the consequences of internet posts. While this gives minors another chance, it raises technical concerns over how this will change how minors use the Internet.
