The AYSO Youth Referee Program allows teenagers to learn the rules of soccer and how to become a referee. These teens volunteer their own time to make sure each soccer game is being played correctly and safely. All referees must pass a five hour course, that includes a test. AYSO is an all volunteer organization so, referees and players are not paid.
