A small town in the heart of South Torrance brings holiday spirit to an all time high with bright lights and festive decorations. Sleepy Hollow has become a must-see location in the South Bay during the holidays. The extravaganza begins on December 1st and lasts until January 1st. The lights are on every night from 5-10 PM.
