MB/X is a private organization commonly known as one that hosts summer school and houses various booster clubs across the school. While they are considered a nonprofit, they charge students $275 for a one semester course, such as Health or Trigonometry during summer school. A full year course costs $550. A portion of this money is collected as revenue and stored until an opportunity arises for them to give as a “donation” to the district.
