The Friendship Foundation was created to help kids in the south bay with special needs. The program started with 22 volunteers and 7 kids with special needs and has grown to over 1000 volunteers and 600 families with special needs. They provide many activities to help keep the kids active such as basketball on Sundays. The games allow them to socialize with other kids with special needs and volunteers. They also learn exercises such as, running, push-ups, sit-ups, etc.
