Radiation given off by the Japanese Power Plant incident of last year is the least of our worries. Storm Drain Pollution is the leading cause of bad water quality in the South Bay Area. In the last inspection by the Heal The Bay Organization, Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach were both given an A+ in water quality, whereas the Redondo Harbor was given an F.
