Students all over the U.S and the world have the desire to go to college. In fact, last year 93% of Costa students went to a 2 or 4 year college. High school is seen as a stepping stone toward college, and college itself is generally seen as the next step, and sometimes the only step toward a career. With so much emphasis and pressure placed on college, students want to improve their chances of getting into their schools of choice. Branding yourself by participating in certain classes, extracurriculars, and community service projects is commonly seen as an essential step in the college admissions process.
