Ever since the first Disney princess movie launched, families have grown up with the definitive guide to a princess representation and have a happily ever after. But people have noticed that Fairytale movies like Cinderella, the Little Mermaid, and Sleeping Beauty contain ideas that oppose women empowerment. These Disney movies are historically out of date from being based on 17th and 19th-century stories. The current perceptions of women have changed.
