For the month of October, local businesses and companies are campaigning towards raising breast cancer awareness with the color pink and other various promotions. A portion of the proceeds from the campaigns will be donated to charities such as The Cancer Support Community, Chemocessories, Walk With Sally and BCRF. Companies participating in raising awareness for the cause include Union Pizza, LF, and Caskey & Caskey Real Estate all of which are local businesses located in Manhattan Beach, California.
