Cole Marcus began playing the drums when he was 10 months old, and by the time he was 3, he was recognized as the youngest professional drummer to be signed to a label. After winning America’s Kids Got Talent when he was 4, his career as a drummer and actor launched.
Although he has never taken a drum lesson before, he is known to be a musical prodigy. He was born with perfect pitch, which allows him to keep musical time perfectly and to be able to hear every note.
Since his TV debut on NBC, Cole has been featured on TV shows like Lab Rats, the KTLA Morning News, the Wayne Brady Show, and more. He has nearly a dozen sponsors, including GoPro, Yamaha, Evans Drum Heads, Mapex Drums, Zildjian Cymbals, NOTW, Stick Grips, Cympad, and more.
He typically performs several times a week at three different church groups in the South Bay, but he also does big venues too. A few months ago, he performed for 14,000 people at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas in a solo concert. He also performs at a venue called NAAM, where professional musicians can only play by invite to the venue.
Cole Marcus along with Cole Riddle and Max Rohde started a band together called Cole 2 the Max, or the Cole Marcus Trio. They practice every week and play gigs at local places like Suzy’s.
